L2A 7-8 fly reel
Just got back from Alaska where I used the Fly Shops L2A reel on a 6wt rod for Rainbow, Dolly pardon, Grayling and Artic char, the reel performed flawlessly and the drag was tested often. The reel is well made with tight tolerances and is good looking, you can spend more for a reel but it would not preform any better. Loved it.

Wonderful reel at a great price point. Great looking, light weight, precision machined from excellent stock. Very smooth, easily adjustable drag. Another excellent Fly Shop branded product. Would strongly recommend this reel.

The fly reel performed fabulous on the White River in Arkansas catching large rainbows and browns below the dam.

I love the reels from The Fly Shop! They are very smooth with tight tolerances and smooth drags. I have four reels and have loved them all, though one is now in the bottom of a lake!!! Best wishes for your safety amidst the terrible Carr/Mendocino fires. Hoping the fish somehow can survive this catastrophe.
