This fly is intended to get to the bottom quickly in fast moving water. Also works great at the end of drifts as it will slowly rise up to the surface.
FLY RECIPE:
HOOK: TFS 3769, sizes 12-18
THREAD: Ultra Tying Thread, 8/0 - color to match
BEAD: Tungsten Bead, color of choice - fit to hook size
TAIL: Hungarian Partridge
ABDOMEN: Turkey Biot Quills, color to match
THORAX: Antron Dubbing, medium olive or rust
RIB: Ultra Wire, small - copper
WINGCASE: Tyers Bead, color of choice
