TroutHunter's EVO is a new and improved nylon monofilament achieved through the unique application of a proprietary organic coating in the material. The unique process of applying the coating to the material results in stronger knot strength and no noticeable increase in diameter. The coating also adds durability to the tippet, increases abrasion resistance, and repels water so the tippet floats better. In addition, once the package is open the coating will protect the material from water and humidity increasing the useful life of the tippet material.
