Most commonly used egg hook ever created. The short stout hook shank provides the best proportions for Glo-Bugs or similar style patterns. Great hook for fishing eggs in Alaska or for Steelhead. Can also be used for trailer hooks on smaller articulated summer steelhead flies like Matt's Perpetrator. Some of the more common flies that are tied on this hook are:
