The Fly Shop's TFS 2457 Hooks

One of the most popular and important hooks for tying small mayfly nymphs, caddis pupa, midges, or scuds. This hook being very stout can also be used for eggs patterns and is it very rare to have one of these bend out on big fish. Sometimes tying standard patterns like Birds Nest or Princes give the fly a unique look that fish do not see as often. When in doubt tying mayflies or caddis pupa, use a 2457.
