HOOK:  Daiichi 1550 or TMC 900BL, size 6
THREAD:  Ultra 210 Tying Thread, tan (if tying smaller flies you should use the 6/0)
TAIL:  Eight strands of Pearl Krystal Flash
DUBBING:  Arizona Diamond Dubbing in Crystal or Ice Dub in Pearl
BODY & HEAD:  Tan 2mm Fly Foam sheeting
EYES:  Black Monofilament Nymph Eyes
LEGS:  Medium-thick barred-yellow Centipede Legs - Yellow/Olive, Yellow/Red, or just plain Yellow
