The Tube Needle is precisely machined to accept Aqua Flies 1.8mm tubing. The needle is flat in the back for secure gripping by most fly tying vises. Tapering down to a fine point in the front, it is easy to slid a section of tubing onto the needle until it is stuck firmly onto the larger portion of the taper which will prevent the tube from turning while tying a tube fly.
