Ever since I learned of this pattern about 6 years ago, its become a must have in my kit. They work on well in Bristol Bay waters for char, rainbows, silver salmon - I think a friend even caught a grayling on one. Black and white is #1 but olive and white, olive and black, all white, tan and light pink have all worked very well. I like to carry several at all times.
