The Fly Shop's TFS 2457 Hooks

These hooks by the Fly Shop have to be the best bargain in free world hooking. I tie small shrimp patterns (krill) on size 6 and 8s and fish them for bright wild sockeye and silvers on the Kenai Peninsula. Also tie steelhead john’s on them and use in Yakutat or even kings. Never a straightened hook, even on angry run away kings. I crimp barbs for steelhead and it never compromises hook. Everything I have purchased from the Fly Shop over the years has arrived as ordered and is of excellent quality. Talking to the who ever is stuck inside at the desk is always a treat. Thank You

I cant say enough good about these hooks. I use size 14-18 and they are super strong. Have caught a lot of big fish and never had one straighten out. What I particularly appreciate compared to most scud style hooks is that the eye is not bent down much which means better ability to hook fish. And the price is ridiculously cheap. Get these hooks!

Got my hooks!!! Love almost all Signature Fly Shop hook styles. Comparable to Tiemco but much more budget friendly!!! I have been using these for personal use and custom fly orders over the last few years with zero complaints.

I tie a lot of flies and these hooks looked like a good deal. I tie a lot of flies on scud style hooks, mainly for emergers, glo bugs, sucker spawn and small caddis and midge pupa. I caught a few 30 inch plus steelhead in Erie, PA this fall and the hooks didn’t fail.
