A longer shank hook that is used to primarily on Bead Heads nymphs, but is also very popular on many Stillwater Patterns. The longer hook shank gives tiers the same amount of room on the hook shank to use if they were not tying a bead head. Some of the more common flies that are tied on this hook are:

* BH Birds Nest
* Zack's Attack Damsel
