    Ordering from The Fly Shop is easy!

    Shipping & Insurance:

    • Most order are shipped UPS or Priority USPS, unless otherwise requested.
    • Allow up to 10 working days for packaging, and Standard UPS or USPS delivery
    • Shipments are insured at our expense, and delivery is guaranteed except for Parcel Post requests.

    Free Shipping:

    • The Fly Shop will pay your shipping on all orders over $100 and ship any Out-of-State orders over $500 via UPS 2nd Day Air!

    Alaska & Hawaii Orders:

    • UPS and USPS shipping fees are higher to Alaska and Hawaii.  In most cases, we ship those orders USPS Priority Mail, and charged only the exact USPS (or UPS) shipping fees.  Any shipping costs above $20 on phone or mail in orders will be confirmed with the customer before processing.  UPS now ships to Alaska/Hawaii at modified ground rates.

    International Orders:

    • International orders are shipped via USPS.  The rates vary depending on weight of package and shipping rates for the country the order is shipping to.

    Standard Shipping (Lower 48 States) - UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail:

    • Any order less than $100 will be charged $11.95 for shipping.

    Express Shipping Options:

    • UPS Next Day Air - $40
    • UPS 2 Day Air - $30
    • UPS 3 Day Air - $20
      • The above fees are charged in addition to any other shipping charges

    Oversized Shipping:

    • There is an additional fee of $35.00 for those items that are considered Large or Heavy by UPS.

    Returns:

    • Package up and return any unused merchandise to us within 30 days and we'll issue you a refund, credit or exchange.
    • Returns should be accompanied by the original receipt, packing slip, or invoice.
    • Include a brief explanation of the problem and whether your request is for a refund, exchange, or replacement.
    • The Fly Shop will issue a UPS Call-Tag for any defective merchandise or any items shipped in error.

    The Fly Shop Rod Repairs:

    • All H2O Series rods are fully warranteed by The Fly Shop.  We don't care how it broke an we'll replace or repair any of our rods for the original purchaser for just $45.00 plus $11.95 shipping.
    • Return the entire rod to us and we will repair it or replace it and get it out to you right away.
    • Please include a brief note letting us know what piece(s) need to be repaired to expedite this service.
