Great for controlling, then releasing most fish. Lifting fish vertically, like you see in Saltwater shots using the Boga, is the wrong way to deal with trout. If you keep the trout in the water, control them with the Lippa4Life and then remove the hook there is 0 chance you will hurt them - better than using a net, holding them in your hands or 'beaching' them on the bank to release. The same applies to other Freshwater species that have thin skin around the mouth area - but is much less of an issue with sea running fish that are more resilient.
